Week 8
Date: April 29th, 2021 Topic: Why We All Need to Practice Emotional First Aid Reflection: This was the last encounter that we had, the topic was awesome because talked about the importance of taking care of our physical and psychological health. The bad thing was that it would be our last encounter, and it was great to know other classmates and discuss with them different topics, but the worse was that missing a quarter-hour to finish the class, the electricity of my house went, and I couldn´t say good bay to my classmates and tutor. This was an enriching experience where I learned many things and I could improve my speaking skills.
